Court proceeding

We successfully represent clients in court proceedings both in terms of enforcing rights and defence against claims filed against them. We have extensive procedural experience, especially in disputes concerning:

  • Protection of industrial property rights (including matters related to patents, supplementary protection certificate (SPC), trademarks, and unfair competition issues).

  • Labour law (including cases of claims associated with employment, reinstatement, and compensation).

  • Commercial disputes.

On a regular basis we manage disputes pending in multiple jurisdictions at the same time, as well as before courts and administrative bodies (patent offices, regulatory bodies).

We successfully represent clients in interim injunction proceedings aimed at establishing temporary prohibitions or orders for the duration of the main proceedings in intellectual property cases.

Our services include:

  • Development of a comprehensive procedural strategy, including in particular assessing the legitimacy of initiating proceedings, assessing the chances of a favourable judgment, and developing scenarios for the proceedings with proposals of possible actions at relevant stages of the proceedings.

  • Legal representation in court proceedings at all instances before common courts and the Supreme Court from the stage of interim injunction to enforcement proceedings.
