Henryk specializes in commercial, civil, and labour law, in real estate matters and, more broadly, in all areas of law related to business activity.
He started his professional career as an in-house legal counsel, then he managed the legal departments in large companies. In 1990, he set up a law firm and has been supporting business as an external counsel from the very beginning of the economic transformation process.
Henryk constantly develops and expands his qualifications. He put at his clients’ disposal decades of procedural experience gained in court and administrative proceedings involving both domestic and foreign entities. He was also a liquidator of state-owned enterprises and commercial law companies, and a member of supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury shareholding and private companies.
He is fluent in English.
Since 2004, he has been a partner at DBS.
Henryk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and completed the attorney-at-law apprenticeship.
