Monika participates in ongoing legal support tasks for companies. She focuses on labour law and business law.
In her day-to-day practice, Monika prepares legal opinions in the field of labour and business law, including the analysis and preparation of contracts. She is also interested in issues of intellectual property law, criminal law and alternative dispute resolution methods, in particular, mediation.
She is fluent in English.
She has been with DBS since 2022.
A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. During her studies, she was involved in the activities of the Logic Science Club of the TBSP UJ. Currently, she is a trainee attorney-at-law undergoing vocational training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow. She has gained her experience working for law firms in Krakow.
