Henryk Dobrzański

Henryk Dobrzański

Attorney-at-Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, he has completed attorney-at-law apprenticeship.

He specialises in commercial, civil and labour law as well as in issues connected with real-estate and other domains of law connected with economic activity.

Henryk developed his qualifications by acting as head of legal department in large business entities, and since 1990, he has run his own practice within an attorney-at-law office.

He has extensive litigation experience gained in civil and administrative proceedings in which both domestic and international entities participated.

Henryk has played the role of liquidator of national enterprises and companies as well as being a member of supervisory boards for both private companies and companies with a participation of the Treasury.

Since 2004 he has been a partner of the Dobrzański, Bzymek-Waśniewska, Sroka-Maleta Attorney-at-Law Office.

Agata Bzymek-Waśniewska

Agata Bzymek-Waśniewska

Attorney-at-Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, she has completed attorney-at-law apprenticeship.

Agata specialises in pharmaceutical law and labour law. She has a vast amount of experience in legal consulting services in civil, commercial and labour law, legal services concerning advertising and promotional activities, as well as in distribution, logistics, and compliance. She also represents clients before courts and administration bodies, having had vast experience in courts proceedings in labour law.

Agata gained her first professional experiences in a Kraków office called Biuro Prawne i Konsultingowe Uni-Lex Sp. z o.o., and since then she has been working for 11 years as an in-house attorney in one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Poland, where she continued to develop her career.

Since 2004 she has been a partner of the Dobrzański, Bzymek-Wasniewska, Sroka-Maleta Office of Attorneys-at-Law.

She has conducted numerous training sessions in pharmaceutical, labour law and compliance.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University, she has completed judiciary apprenticeship as well as post-graduate studies in competition and intellectual property law in the Institute of Intellectual Property at Jagiellonian University.

Marta specialises in pharmaceutical law and intellectual property law. For more than 15 years she has been providing legal services for entities in the pharmaceutical sector. She has also gained her legal experience in courts proceedings in industrial property law.

Marta has extensive experience in providing legal services, including consulting in civil, commercial and competition law, legal services for various types of commercial transactions and business projects, representation before courts and administration bodies.

She gained her experience in renowned, domestic and international legal offices, in departments of commercial law and life science (CMS Cameron McKenna, Chałas i Wspólnicy, Baker & McKenzie). Marta has been working as an in-house attorney in a leading pharmaceutical concern where she has been providing services for both Polish and international companies in the group.

Since 2012 she has been a partner of the Dobrzański, Bzymek-Wasniewska, Sroka-Maleta Office of Attorneys-at-Law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She has completed attorney-at-law apprenticeship in the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Kielce, as well as post-graduate studies “Medical law and bioethics” at Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

She gained her professional experience working for capital companies. She specializes in civil, commercial and medical law. Katarzyna has litigation experience.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University. She completed attorney-at-law apprenticeship in the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Kraków.

Joanna gained her professional experience as a member of the Section of Labour Law and Social Insurance in the Student Legal Counselling Service at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University and in legal office specialising in commercial law.

She is in the course of post-graduate studies in intellectual property law at the Institute of Intellectual Property at Jagiellonian University.

During his studies, Andrzej was a member of the Student Legal Clinic in the section of Medical Law. Andrzej gained his professional experience in the legal department of one of the biggest clinical hospitals in Poland.

He specializes in issues in the field of medical and pharmaceutical law. He is also the author of academic publications in these fields of law.
