Katarzyna supports companies active in the Life Sciences sector, especially pharmaceutical companies. Her professional interests include pharmaceutical and medical law, as well as intellectual property law.
In day-to-day practice, she prepares legal opinions in the field of pharmaceutical law, including Reimbursement law. She analyses contracts, prepares letters regarding parallel import of medicinal products, and is a member of the team advising clients on IP matters.
Katarzyna co-authored several publications on pharmaceutical law.
She is fluent in English.
Katarzyna has been with DBS since 2019.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She completed the attorney-at-law apprenticeship conducted by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.
In 2022 she also graduated in Intellectual Property and New Media Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Prior to joining DBS, Katarzyna gained her professional experience in law firms in Kraków and Warsaw.
