Michał conducts regular legal support tasks for companies from the Life Sciences sector, including health care providers. He focuses on pharmaceutical and medical law.
In day-to-day practice, Michał prepares legal opinions on medical and pharmaceutical law, as well as analyses and drafts contracts. In addition, he is interested in issues related to labour law, bankruptcy law and corporate services for companies.
He is fluent in English.
He has been with DBS since 2021.
A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where in 2021 he defended his thesis entitled “Prescription of off-label medicinal products in the Polish legal order”.
During his studies, he was involved in the activities of the Medical Law Scientific Society of the Jagiellonian University, where he was the chairman in the 2020/2021 academic year.
A trainee attorney-at-law undergoing vocational training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
Prior to joining DBS, he was with a law firm based in Kraków.
